Clinical Supervision

“We are stronger when we listen, and smarter when we share.”

Rania Al-Abdullah

My passion lies in guiding and nurturing fellow professionals within the field of psychotherapy. Supervision, to me, is not just about overseeing, it’s a collaborative journey aimed at fostering growth and understanding. By engaging in supervision, we can embark on a path of self-discovery as clinicians, gaining deeper insights into ourselves, our clients, and the delivery of services. Moreover, supervision serves as a vital safeguard, ensuring the well-being of clients while maintaining the highest standards of practice.

As your supervisor, I am committed to monitoring and elevating the quality of your work, acting as a gatekeeper for our profession. My ultimate aim is to empower you to become a self-supervisor, equipped to navigate the complexities of the profession independently.

I’m committed to creating a supportive atmosphere where learning and collaboration thrive. The Seven-Eyed Supervision Model serves as a tool to foster such an environment. It is like a lens that zooms into the relationships between the client, therapist, and supervisor. It doesn’t just look at each relationship separately; it also considers how they all fit together within the bigger picture of the system they’re in. So, it’s all about understanding how these relationships interact and influence each other within their surroundings.
